- Always check in at the ticket office to validate your tickets and organize your visit.

- The purchase of tickets online does not guarantee priority entry.

- Online ticket prices cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions in place.
 
- All prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in place.

- Online purchases cannot be exchanged and/or returned, except for reasons of greater force that prevent the activity from taking place.

- The Electronic Ticket is personal and non-transferable, so any misuse is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

- The duplication or resale of the Electronic Ticket prevents free access to the activity, a fact that the Grutas da Moeda company is unaware of and exempt from any liability.

- It is the client's responsibility to always confirm the data on the Electronic Ticket and keep the ticket.

- Children under the age of 5 do not pay admission. 

- When necessary, proof of identification may be requested.

- The visit to the cave can be made in a group accompanied by one of our guides, or alternatively, it can be made on an autonomous basis, assisted by smartphone audioguide.

- In order to fully enjoy your experience, online tickets should always be used up to one hour and a half before the closing time of the Grutas da Moeda facilities.
