One of the best preserved natural amphitheatres in Europe. Climbing to an altitude of over 500 metres, we will "fly" with the eagles on rocky ridges and feel the connection with nature that this magical place offers. Discovering ancient shepherds' trails, understanding the importance of biodiversity and observing the region's geological phenomena will be the motto for this walk. We'll discover one of the highest and most emblematic points in the Serra de Aire e Candeeiros, the Fórnea de Alvados. Passing by fields of lapiás, caves, algares, birds of prey and red-billed choughs, wild boar trails, the rich flora of this region, the orchid flowers between February and May, everything will be revealed as we go.
